You should get to the doctor or hospital immediately. It could be a period, or you could be miscarrying. If you are miscarrying it is pobbile to hemorrhage which could be life threatening. Get to the doc ASAP!!

You need to go now. Do NOT wait until the blood stops, it could be too late by then.

You need to find out why. Sometimes the doctor has to see the blood to determine where it is coming from. If it is bright red it is something to be worried about.

It is recommended to wait at least after two normal periods. It gives your body a better chanch to heal and for everything to become strong enough again in order to carry a baby.

What should I do or eat to conceive faster.. I really want a baby because my husband love kids so much.. can I wait till 1period is over instead of two?

First of all you need to be patient. When your anxious and can't wait and want everything fast. Guess what you are going to have the opposite effect. It will take a lot longer in order to get pregnant. You need to learn patience and relax and just enjoy each other as husband and wife, when the right time comes it will be in that moment that you to are relaxed, in the special movement, no expectations. Pure love for each other and the moment. Worry, stress, etc... Will not work.

My wife's doctor recommended folic acid when we started planning to have children. Folic acid is a very important vitamin and it is also known to decrease the chances of certain things like spina bifida in children. It is important to take this vitamin even before becoming pregnant. Then when you do become pregnant the vitamin is already working. Here is a link for you.

You can get a prescription for it if you have an condition such as diabetes, or epilepsy it is important to take at least 5 or 6 mg of folic acid. In prenatel vitamins there is 1 mg of folic acid. It depends on your situation which route you take.

Oh thank you for the tips.. now I know that folic acid is safe.. other then folic acid what other vitamin should I take?

Nothing. When you become pregnant. As soon as you find out start taking prenatels. The brand I know best is Materna.

Do not take any other vitamins on top of Materna and folic acid. Do not overload body with vitamins because to many vitamins can actually cause damage to you or and your soon to be baby.
