I just found out that my boyfriend just got papers in the mail for child support and I don't think that he is the father, this child is 5 years old. What can we do?? Help

If you don't believe the child is his, request a paternity test.

Yes you ask for the court to order a paternity test. Of course if they were having sex, he could be the father.

If he is, he will have to pay the support

I know exactly what you're going through. The same thing happened with my husband but the child is 6. You should definitely have him request a paternity test when he has to go to court. Hopefully for you and him both you don't end up with the results my husband and I did. Hope everything works out well for you...
