So I wiped out mycomputer lastnight I brought it back to the factory settings to where its like new with nothing on it. I have a wireless adapter for the internet that was put in my PC tower... I went to connect to my home network that 3 other pcs in my house are connected to and it says windows cannot find any networks, so I went to control panel and I uninstalled the adapted I did NOT check the box that said delete this device and software I just hit uninstall and it took it away, so I restarted my computer and it said installing new hardware device is ready to use I try again to connect to a network and it says (windows cannot find any networks) I click on diagnoseand it was no wireless adapter is installed, but I go to control panel again and it says this device is working corectly, I have no idea why its doing this and I cannot figure it out any ideas??

Find out the make and model of the wireless adapter and use another computer to download the drivers from the manufacturer's site.
