What is the aunts right in a cps case
CPS has decided to take my nephews 4, and 18 months away from their parents for alleged abuse. They have said they are going to put them up for adoption and none of the family will ever be allowed to see them. This is unfair because they never even bothered to contact me to find out the truth behind this supposed accusation, which I know for a fact is false because I lived with my sister for many years and never saw signs of any of this supposed abuse toward the boys. The CPS case worker on my sister's case said that they were going to take the kids definitely now because she left her abusive fiancé. I can't take the children in because I have two young kids of my own, but is it legal to take away my visitation rights with no court order?
