    I want to lower the pressure in my showerhead so it will flow slower when it runs.

    Thanks for your response. I don't want to change the shower head but what is the piece I can attach myself called & is it easy to do? I am a senior woman & hope I can do it without much help. Thanks

    Hello Schafranick,

    That piece is called shower head water flow restrictor and you can buy it in home Depot or Lowe's, open the link below it shows how to remove the washer also you can learn from it how to install it, follow step by step how to replace it, when you open the link click on the clip #2 will show how the washer looks like, good luck.
