Hello, I had an outstanding dead in 1992, the last time I had contact with the collection agency was in 1994.Now the collection agency calls me three times a day and leaves messages on my answering maschine stating for me to call them back.My Question, after 16 years can they still try to get this resolved, and what can I do from stopping them to harrass me?

Don't return their calls. It is another collection agency that bought the debt for so much on the dollar. Have your lawyer send them a letter.
