OK , here's my problem...
I filed my taxes and got them sent to my Girl friends accountnow card .
Now accountnow has suppened her account and we can't get to our money ,
What options do we have, I claimed her on my taxes , I have for the last 2 years
What are my options... we need this money to move into an apt. of our own..

You have effectively gifted your tax refund to your GF. It seems she has used your refund to buy things on the AccountNow card. About all you can do is ask her for the money.

Yes, girl friend has to give you the money and/or fix any trouble with her card
