    Booster pump expert needed!
I have a Davey Torrium D booster pump, taking water from my storage tank into my house. But my problem is not in any of their troubleshooting scenarios.

Basically the pump only works when I press the prime button. If I take my finger off the button it no longer pumps. I've reprimed it, turned the power off then back on, the status light just remains a constant red: Stand by. It will not come on upon loss of pressure... there is currenlty no water in the house, the tank is full and the line to the pump from the tank is not blocked.

    Anyone?

Not knowing any more about your system than I do I would think that you have a control problem. Something in the switching parts.

As Let metellu stated. Looks like a control problem. Have the Torrium control module checked out. Good luck, Tom

Not that I know of. There is a "Prime" button I am pushing that makes it pump. When I stop pushing the button, it stops pumping and will not restart.

Thanks but they are no help. There is no technical support line, it all goes to distributors, who don't answer their phones...

Try this one. A very helpful lady answered the phone and said she believed they could help you.
