It depends on where you live, what age group your child is, what commercials are being shot in your area, the experience your child has and so much more.

It's not cheap to get into acting, especially as a child. Most agencies require recent head shots, children grow so fast that many times you have to get new shots every 6 months. They aren't cheap.

Acting classes help but won't guarantee that your child or you (I don't know if you're the parent or child) will get the spot. There's lots of competition.

Also, it's commercial not camershal. :)
