Do you have a OBGYN you can make an appointment with? A cyst located there can feel mimick a pregnancy. At least so Im told.

You need to get this checked out. How did they determine that it's a cyst? Have you taken a pregnancy test?

It could be a cyst, you could be pregnant but it's ectopic (that's what pain on the right side could indicate).
