I saw it in summer of 1981 at the drive-in. I thought it starred Chuck Norris, but can't find it in his filmography. It's about a martial artist that goes to a remote island where a girl is being held hostage and brainwashed along with lots of others.

It could be Force: Five.

I saw this movie in the 90s or late 80s. It was about these (3 or 4) girls. It was spring break I think. One girl entered a contest in acting and she did something with a rock and starving ( out of gone with the wind) and the black haired one did something with dancing. It was not country or rock something like swinging and a red head guy helped her
