    York heater troubleshooting
    I have a york diamond 90 model P3UR
When I raise the temp, the blower goes on, then I see the pilot get hot ( glow ), then blower goes on for about 30 seconds and shuts off. This goes for 3 cycles then stops. Tried cleaning the flame sensor... still does the same thing Can anyone help? Thanks

The flame sensor is a double pole switch. When the glow bar generates enough heat to make it change positions, the switch mechanically changes positions to a different circuit. If it does that 3 times, with regularity and shuts down, there is probably a safety lockout function on the control board. My first impression would be a faulty flame sensor.

OK Im back. Still same problem. One thing I didn't see last time. A little water under the blower for the flue pipe. And I notice this problem when we get a lot of snow, N.east could the moisture be doing this?
