How do I adopt my wife's 4yr old son if she was raped but knows the father which is not a U.S. Citizen and no longer lives in the United States?

This is one of those cases where I would hesistate to advise you at all--especially not knowing your state.

Talk to a family law attorney--you may have to prove paternity before you can go forward at all.

We are on the state of Oklahoma. She has the paternity test that she paid for after his birthday. She was raped by two different men and wanted to know which one he belonged to. She never did press charges, not sure why. But he has never showed intreast or paid any kind of child support.

Going to get complicated, esp since she never filed charges, so to the court, she was not raped, she merely had sex with two men, proved by DNA test which one it was ( and why did the men agree ? ) how did she find them to do this? And was it a court ordered test ?

But at this point, there will have to be an attempt to have them sign over their rights to allow the adoption.
Just like any step paren adoption, since the rape is not part of the issue now, because there never was any charges, or even any report
