I have a Kenmore 363.14772100. The detergent gets left in the dispenser cup (even though it's open) or on the door. I have used gel packs, store brand liquid detergent, and now name brand liquid detergent but it's still there. Why is the detergent not getting cleared from the dispenser and used in the wash cycle? There are no dishes blocking it and everything seems clear but it won't get to the detergent and therefore does not clean.
