I have a Kenmore elite dishwasher. It fills with hot water but the spinning arms do not spin or spray to wash the dishes.

Take a round toothpick and poke into every one of the holes in the sprayer arm. They are obviously clogged. This is the only reason the arm won't spin or spray as there is really no mechanical part in the arm and the water pressure is what propels it.
