    Tax for h1 and recent green card
    Worked last year entire on H1 B and so got W2 also.Received green card last week,while filling tax what should we mention.H1 b or green card

    You do not mention H1-B or green card on your resident tax return except if you are filing nonresident or filing Form 8843.
