Symptoms of a clogged plumbing vent pipe
What is the correct procedures to troubleshoot a toilet that seems to be clooged: It flushes weakly. I have snaked and plunged it. Did not find any obstruction. The weather has been cold and we have a lot of snow. What else can I try begore calling a professional?
    Thanks.

Have you checked/cleaned all the holes under the rim? And make sure no crud build up in the jet hole in the bottom. That can cause and slow flush.
    Good luck

How high up on the over flow tube does you your water reach once the tank is filled? Like partime suggests check those small holes but don't skip the bigger hole down at the bottom of the sump area. Reach in with your hand if you have to but this is the spot that starts the swirlinging siphon action.
