Imnot sure about the black thin but I am scared to pull back my foreskin too. I am going through something similar to you but after pulling my foreskn back the tip of my head looked red and uncomfortable which stopped me touching it. I am doing stretchin so I can pull it back all the way. Although people might say it I wouldn't say go to a doctor though or chat to your parents because it is embarrassing and you probably will be to scared to ask, like me. Don't get circumcised though, I think if it doesn't hurt it should be fine
