My Kenmore Elite HE 4t Front-Load Washer number 110.4509 agitates but rarely gets to a full speed spin. I have tried diff loads/settings and it will spin, but most of the time, not at full speed. It will spin (not at full speed) for awhile and then slow down and then start spinning again and then slow down and start spinning again and it just keeps repeating this process. I timed it the other day and it did this for 25 minutes when there was only 6 minutes left on the timer.
