Does it really help diabetes?

Apparently the higher the level of adiponectin the lower the chance of diabetes. It does not appear to help existing diabetes. http://diabetes.webmd.com/news/20090...h-diabetes-ris

As a side note my husband died from diabetes and if you are diabetic you should get your medical advice from a Physician and should not attempt "self help."
