I need a 10,000 unsecured personal loan and I have bad credit
I have bad credit and need at least a $10,000 personal unsecured loan. I'm recently divorced and want to start my new life on a clean slate. I already met with a lawyer and I do not quality for bankruptcy and was given advice from my lawyer to stay away from debt consolidation company's. I just need one company/bank to give me a chance to start over, but nobody will. Any idea who might give me this chance?

Honestly, in the current financial climate, you have zero chance.
The minimum any company would be looking for is some kind of security to off set the $$ value.

Why do you not qualify for bankruptcy? But there is no way based on what you have told us will you get a loan for $10,000. If these are personal debts try to work on paying them off even if it means cutting out everything but the basics like rent food utilities. Just a thought,
With the economy as bad as it is banks are really tight with their lending

Something does not sound right, a person would have to be crazy to give out that information here! This site is for advising people! Not trying to give some poor soul a loan that has bad credit. Come on now, don't try to scam us!

OK, first why did you not qualify, in general it has to do with debt to income ratio, if you don't owe much and make a lot of money that is one reason?

But beyond maybe 500 dollars from a high risk local loan company, or maybe a few hundred from a payday loan place, sorry,

Can you get a second job to help pay your bills.

    1. why did they tell you that you did not qualify
    2. sadly many bankruptcy attorneys are not up on the laws, I found this out personally when I interviewed some last year. * I asked 5 the same question, and I asked the local bankruptcy trustee. Only one of the five attorneys knew the answer to the question ( it was a simple one on time limits)

So doubel check with another attorney to be sure.

If you have a lot of credit card debts, you sometimes can settle with them,
