My ex partner has refused me access to see my 9 month old daughter, she is in breach of a contact order, she wants me to go to a contact centre. I want to have access at my home is that possible as I don't want to see my baby at a contact centre at all, not rite. She is not thinkiking about her baby at all , she is being totally spitefull and unreasonable, PLEASE HELP

Do you have paperwork from the courts that say the child can be with you without supervision? Like for weekend vists etc? If you do then she can't stop you from your visitation. Take her back to court for contempt. And if she brings the child to the contact center bring your paperwork and take the child home with you. Now that I'm re-reading this, it sounds as if you are only allowed supervised visitation and you don't want to comply with it. That's just my guess, so I could be wrong. I haven't got unsupervised contact I've got a contact order of consent, wher she was bringing my baby to my house. Do you think I will get unsupervised contact as my daughter is only 9 months old ?
What exactly does the court order say that you have in your hands signed by the courts. That is what your going to have to go by for your situation.Quote:

What we're trying to understand is do you have a right to see the child without the mother present? From what you're asking, it doesn't sound as if you do.Quote:

My legal team told me the court wouldn't give me unsupervised contact 4 months ago so we went for accesss with the mum I accepted that so did the court. But now we are not getting on she is denying my any contact and she has changed her phone number . She has told me I will only get to see our daughter at a contact center. Like you say I'm no criminal I hope your correct and I can get sum unsupervised contact. I have the same problem iv see my girl for 18 months every day and had her every weekend now nothing she won't let me see her its killing me got email saying about contact center only i don't get y good luck with your girl my fight has just started
