I can’t ever seem to open this site:

I get the top of the page with the message “Internet Explorer provided by Dell (Not Responding),” and the browser freezes. However, the entire site is always viewable on a PC at the public library. I have IE 8 and Vista Home Premium, use Google Toolbar and access the internet with telco DSL. I believe all the IE settings are the defaults. I've also tried with Firefox and Google Chrome with the same problem. I’m an adult, sole user of my PC and haven’t enabled any content restrictions. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The site uses java - do you have that installed?
