How do I fix a toilet intake tube leak?
I have a drip that appears to be coming from the tube that connects the water supply to the toilet tank. To check if the water was coming from the tank I put dye in the tank and it did not seep out with the drip. The drip seems to be constant even if the toilet isn't flushed. I will try and put in a new tube connecting the water supply to the tank but is there anything else I should be worried about? I am confused as to why the intake tube would leak even when not delivering water to the toilet tank.

If you're talking about the supply that runs from the angle stop to the tank What's leaking? The tank connection or the angle stop connection? Let me know, tom

If it's the supply tube like Tom says you can simply put a wrench on the nut below the tank and give it a slight tightening. If it's a leak at the stop we'd need tpo know what connection you have; sweat, compression,.
