    HI,

    I am from India and I am currently working in USA on H1 visa.
    I am still in USA.
    My stay in US will be is 139 days for Dec 31 2009.
    I am working in Oregon state.
    Am I eligible for any tax returns?
    In which status should I apply the tax returns
