Don't do anything you will regret, take time to calm down, I have recently been in a similar situation, can you give more details of what's happened.

What "details" would make a difference? This is a legal question - husband cheating or not cheating - can pregnant woman leave her husband, leave the State?

    Yes.

In another post she asks additional legal questions concerning divorce but, yes, she is an adult person and able to travel when/where/how she wishes, pregnant or not.

More details will help answer the question, should she leave, does she know for sure. If she is pregnant she is in a very vulnerable state of mind. I just wanted her to think things over before she leaves.

This is turning into a chat site which is not allowed but re-read the question which is "CAN she leave the State," not "SHOULD she leave the State."

I realize your marriage is going through a rough patch and your husband has also cheated but that experience doesn't translate well when it comes to this particular question.
