You should seek the advice of an attorney but I don't believe there is anything that could force you to stay in the current state just because you are pregnant. I believe that would be considered a violation of your rights. Now states have different laws regarding the length of residency you must have prior to filing any action for divorce so when you can file will depend on that. Also, your husband could easily file for divorce in your current state which would prevent you from filing in the state you move to.
Some food for thought. Unless you have good reason to leave the state consider the effect that move will have on your unborn child. The distance can make it very hard on your husband to exercise his visitation.

Sure you can leave the state but you may be forced to come back when the baby is born. As far as the divorce goes if you were to move and he files against you again you would have to come back at some point to finish things.
