    Refrigerator circuit
I put a porch light and a range hood in. I connected them both into the line for the plug to the refrigerator. I was told this would be OK, but now I am not sure. Is it OK to have these 3 things on the one 15 amp circuit.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Considering the load of both the light and hood fan together, only is about 2-3 amps, and the reefer is about 3-4 amps, I don't see any problem. You may see the porch light flicker each time the reefer starts, no harm is being done, just may be a nusiance.

Ive got a fridge upstairs, a deep freezer downstairs, an outlet in the second bedroom and an outlet in the dining area on one 15 amp, it hasn't given me a problem since Ive lived here, and Ive lived here for almost 4 years.
