Give an example of service you received that left you totally satisfied?

One for me was breakfest this morning, I was seated, the person placed the chair for my wife to sit in. They came and filled water, juice and coffee before they ever asked what we wanted, They explained all of the various meal choices . And more.

Good service is when a real person who is pleasant and welcoming answers the phone when I call a business of any size. I HATE phone menus!
