    Son 19 dropped out of high school 6 months ago and need to know about emancipation to deal with child support

    I assume you want emancipation so you can stop support. What does your support agreement say? This is normally spelled out there.

    Says till 21 under Indiana law.

    That didn't quite seem fair so I looked it up. See an attorney concerning the matter because there are special conditions.

    The child can not be emancipated because he is already an adult. You should get a lawyer in your area and go back to court in order to have the support order stopped because the child is no longer a child making adult decisions like to drop out of school. Of course you will have to show proof that he is no longer attending school.
