Our GE electric dryer, SR463, 3 yrs old, has a loud metallic squeak. Sometimes it lasts the entire cycle and sometimes it goes away. It started as a very soft squeak that went away after a couple minutes. Now, it is as stated above.

I can't find a parts breakdown drawing for this model online.

The bearing in the rear is the likely culpret. Sometimes it can be lubed and other times it needs to be replaced.
