Two girls dating with a 3 year difference is that bad
Ok, ima girl and I'm 17 years old my birthday is October 7 and my girlfriends birthday is December 13 and she's 14 years old. And we been dating since I was 16 years old. And her parent allowed it at first until I turned 17. My question is when my girlfriend turn 17 and I'm 20 is it all right for us to date or it it all right for us to date now since I'm a minor still.

That's completely up to her parents as to what is acceptable or not, contrary to popular belief that what goes is what's legal.

Parents make the call in their own house with their own children, that they love and are responsible for.

So calling a cop, and hollering about what's legal will never work when it comes to their daughter. Now they can get you in plenty of trouble if you don't obey their laws, so be aware of that.

Sorry guy, if they think your to old, then your to old.

Why did her parents allow this at first, and then change their mind simply because you turned 17.

You and her, are both at a stage in your life where your hormones are pretty much in a microwave oven. You are 17, almost 18, and she is 14... you are in a homosexual relationship with her, when she is, honestly, too young to be coming up with sexual preferences. You cannot claim to be gay until you know which gender you'd rather have sex with. Anything else is natural, or expirimentation. I don't know about everyone else, but I have some doubts that this 14 year old really is having exclusivly homosexual relationships.
While you both can date, pending her parents allow it, it is illegal for you to have any kind of sexual relations with her. If you can't keep your hands off, you're headed for trouble. If you can't listen to what her parents say, you're also headed for trouble.
I suggest leaving the relationship. She's a 14 year old girl who claims to be gay, and you are almost a legal adult. There's a big maturity difference here, and my advice for you is to move on.
