Not joint accounts but my credit report has her listed as my spouse but the account was individual

If you opened any joint accounts then that will often tie some issues together.

If there are things reported on your credit report that is not yours, merely challenge them, contact the reporting agency ( check all three major agencies) and file to have it corrected.

Also although Texas may not reconoize it, if you reported your relationship on any credit applications, it will show up. even if not reconised in Texas ( were you ever "married" in some way ? Perhaps your partner reported you two as married on her credit applications? Did she open some joint accounts you were not aware of, have you asked them

Assuming your partner is not lying to you ( and did open joint accounts) ** happens with maried partners all the time one does not know, but if not, you merely challenge them on your report with the agency and they remove them
