My dog won't eat his dog food we tried everything the rice in his food the gravy in his food grease from meat he won't eat what can we do ?

How long has he gone without food? Is he showing any other signs of change like lethargy, vomiting, loose stools, lack of interest in normal activities? Is he drinking and peeing? How long since his last bowel movement?
