Arizona state tax returns without ITIN for my spouse?

Hi ,
I am here in Phoenix, Arizona with H1B visa with my wife since June 2009. I am applying ITIN for my wife along with my federal returns. How do I file tax returns for state. I want to know if I can file state returns without TIN or simply attach the W7 form along with the state returns and file it.

Please advice.

File state tax return only after you get ITIN. Make sure to pay any tax due on or before April 15, 2010. If needed, file for extension.
