My Girlfriend is 12 weeks pregnant and having stomach aches/upset stomach daily. What is a safe remedy (Pepto, tums, etc... )??

Unfortunately, this is something we all have to deal with while we are pregnant and it should go away shortly.

She should not take anything that is advised to you over the internet. She needs to ask her doctor what is okay for her to take. Each woman and each pregnancy is individual. What may be good for one woman can possibly be harmful to another.
