Have been served summons five working days before court date today is 13th and court date is 16th with 15th as aholiday any help what to do?

Notify the Court that you did receive adequate time to respond. Five working days means just that - five days that the Court is open.

There is no time to send a letter so you will have to telephone the Court Clerk.
