    Heat on, fan not working
    . Thermostat set to 'Heat' from 'Off ',
    Room temperature: 64 deg. Heat setting: 69 deg.
    . The system seem to engage/on with the clicking noise at the thermostat,
    . The 'Heat On' appears on thermostat, no sign off air blowing from vents,
    . Room temperature: 64 deg still
