Have 99 Accord, after washing engine copartment most of the warning lights including brakes batt doors ajar etc. all stay on... All was perfectly fine before. Any thoughts?

The best you can hope for is that after the under electrical harness dries, everything will work properly again.
It sounds like you're gotten water into the wiring harness and things are shorted.
You should leave the car open to allow air to circulate. Good luck.

It's very dangerous to wash down a modern-day engine. Frequently, the ECM, alternator, and sensors short out. It's best to spot clean by hand.

After everything thoroughly dries out, test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

If the CEL comes on and goes out after 2 seconds, count your blessings--the ECM likely escaped sudden death.
