Hi well I was needing someone to tell me if I I'm pregnant my last period was on the 1-12-2010 I have been cramping a little, moody my breast are kind of sore and feeling fat I took a test the other day and it came out negative. But or if someone could tell me the best time to take another one and are these the signs of pregnancy please help me

These are signs of pregnancy, however, they are also symptoms of premenstruation. If you were pregnant, you would not be noticing weight gain this early.

Have you missed a period yet? The best time to take a test is using first morning urine after missing a period.
