Is it possible for someone who adopt a family member to send that person back to their original country even after the person got the permanent residency, enrolled in school and working?

Once they are adopted, they are adopted, they can not be "traded" back in like you do a used car.

Adoption can be "undo" but extremely difficult and costly procedure... what happened most is the adopted children were sent back home and left there until their status expired.
