There are three primary inheritors, one of whom is the executor. Will does not specify who gets what. Can the executor disburse as he sees fit?
If each devisee is given 1/3 of the estate, the assets would normally be sold and the proceeds divided up three ways.
If each of you wants something specific, the three of you could agree among yourselves as to how things are to be divided and the executor may (but probably doesn't have to) honor that agreement.
