My Ct Stonogram impression said that I have a tiny non obstructing left distal ureteral stone consider lipoma, left infra-pubic area.. aside from the stone there is also a mass with fat content at the left infra pubic area insinuating between the obturator and adductor brevis muscles.. can you help me, just want to know if the stone can pass a natural way with out the need of operation or shock wave? SEcond, what can you say about the mass fat content, do I need to undergo removal of this mass? Thank you very much, Let me know a great help for me...
