I worked in US for 13 years , paid taxes each year and have over 40 credits.I moved out of US this year due to family matters. Did not obtain citizenship and my green card will expire in 2 months. I am from Macedonia. Will I be able to get benefits from us AT AGE OF 62?

It's a good question... I wouldnot accept a straight no... I am not aware of the right answer but I would suggest to do some digging

In my opinion, under U.S. law, you ARE eligible for benefits, even though you are NOT a U.S. citizen.

A phone call or even email to the Social Security Administration should get you a definite answer one way or the other.
