Are furlough days counted as valid when it comes to Court dead-lines?
    Hi there.
After I was found "guilty" in my trial by written declaration, I requested a Trial de novo but I forgot to sign the form.
The problem gets conplicated because I filed it one day before the required 20 days, HOWEVER, the dead-line falls in a California furlough and The Courthouse will be closed.
My question is this: Are furlough days counted as valid when it comes to Court dead-lines?

I don't understand what you are asking. Did you actually file the required document or not? If the deadline is a furlough and you filed the day before the deadline, where is the issue?
