Why do dr.zakir naik wear a tie?is it allowed in islam... is it not haram or
Why doesn't he wear kurta salwar if it's a sunnat libas?

A tie or a suit in itself is not haram, but if someone was to wear a tie which had a symbol of another religion like a cross or Ohm or images of living creatures then this is not allowed.

A suit is not a symbol of any one religion nor does it uncover the awrah.

The conditions for forms of dress for both men and women is that
It should cover the awrah.
It should not be overly tight/ figure revealing.
It should not be transparent.
It should not be a form of dress of the opposite sex, like men wearing women's clothes.
It should not include any symbol of other religions.
