I have had sex with one girl, and we were each others first. We were together for almost a year and broke up. A few weeks after that I rubbed myself threw my boxers and liked how it felt, and then threw my shirt. I did it regular. Sometimes 1 time a day for 2 or 3 days in a row. Then my penis head began to get red and looked cracky. I began to form tiny bumps around the glans of my penis head and Frenulum. Then I also noticed skin colored bumps on the forskin, and I am circumsized. And even before I noticed this when I would take showers the tip would kind of burn when soap touched it.
I also have just been diagnosed with scarlet fever. So I don't know what this is and I am kind of nervous. The bumps do not itch or anything. None have broken. I have been doing research and I don't know what it could be. So all the help I could get would be great.
