I'm 16 years old and am still a vergin. I was surcumsied at a young age. One day a few months back I had som dead skin shead from the left side of my bell end. It has sincethen recovered but now looks a bit low on the old skin as you can see my vessels if you look close it doesent hurt however over the last week when I unrinate the tip of my bell end stings and it's a bit red . Is the a cream I could use.

First most 16 year old boys are virgins, this is normal and expected.

A exam by your family doctor could be called for, and is never a bad idea when you have medical issues in that area.

There is a minor possibility that you could have a yeast infection. You would probably need to go to your doctor to get a safe and effective treatment, a topical ointment (cream). Either way, if you continue to have symptoms, definitely have a doctor look into it.
