I have been having headaches and nausea the past few days. The nausea feels like motion sickness. Does anyone know what might be causing this and what I can do to make it go away. Its really hard to function with this and I have a 6 month old and a 4 year old.

Headache and nausea must be some bug going around. Most of my family has had it these last few weeks. I was actually able to get the headache to disappear drinking a lot of water really fast, but I still had the chills. If it has just been a few days for you, maybe that is what it is. If it continues, you may want to head to the doctor.

Could this possibly be caused by allergies? I have been sneezing a lot today and have a runny nose.

Have you had allergies before? Do people in your family (blood) have allergies? The flu or allergies can cause sinus problems, but usually you have a fever if it is a sinus infection and allergies won't cause the nausea.

Im dizzy and have the headaches and that's what I think makes me nauseated. Yes allergies run in my family though
