Dhs has taken my kids and, the judge I have won't even let me talk What can I do to get them back? Can I please have some suggestions, it has been 5 months I have done everything they asked.

Why did they take your children away and do you have a lawyer or legal guardian?

You absolutely need a lawyer, call legal aide in your area, if they won't help ask them to refer you to someone, ask friends, family, churches, anyone, but get legal help.

When CPS was given temporary conservatorship of your children, were you appointed an attorney at the first hearing? In my state the parent(s) are appointed an attorney at the first heaing. The children also are appointed an attorney ad litem. When is your next hearing about the kids?
